We don't just sell overstock and returns and canceled orders we sell brand new appliances, HVAC supply, kitchen cabinets, carpet, and vinyl click lock 110% waterproof flooring with warranty which makes us different than any liquidation company. We have lighting, faucets, tools, some general merchandise, hot water tanks, porcelain and ceramic tile, and seasonal items.
We stay very professional and organized to help make your purchases very easy, unlike other liquidation companies.
At MKH Liquidation we have over 30,000k sqft of inventory. we keep over 300 bathroom vanities at all times, and new inventory weekly. We do great business because everything is checked and inspected and priced well and great customer service to give you a great deal and experience of what a real liquidation warehouse should be.

Our Story
MKH Liquidation & Surplus has been proudly serving the Cleveland area for years. We're a family-owned and operated furniture store that was built on a simple idea: families deserve quality furniture at honest prices.
Our owner started this business because they saw too many families paying inflated prices at big-box stores and chain retailers. By working directly with manufacturers and keeping our operations lean, we're able to offer the same name-brand furniture at significantly lower prices. That's not a sales pitch. It's our business model.
